Three Telly Awards, one listing
Gold, Silver and Bronze at the 2026 Telly Awards, all for one Coronado listing that sold for $24.136 million.
The 2026 Telly Awards drew about fourteen thousand entries from fifty five countries, the biggest season in the competition's history. Our work on 3 The Point in Coronado came away with three of them.
It wasn't one film. It was three. The Signature listing film took the Gold, and two vertical films took the Silver and the Bronze.
- Gold: Signature Listing Film, Videography and Cinematography
- Silver: Preview Event Recap, Craft: Editing
- Bronze: Viral Social Video, Craft: Art Direction
All three awards are credited to Spearhead Media.
The film that took the Gold
A contemporary three story house on a point, with the bridge on one side and the open bay on the other. We shot it across the day and into twilight, on the ground, on the water and in the air. Then we cut it to move the way the house does.
This is Signature, our top tier of listing film, and the piece that won the Gold.
Most people saw this house on a phone
A property at this level is seen on a phone long before anyone walks through the door. So we made films for that screen instead of cropping down the ones we already had.
Two of the three awards went to them. The recap of the preview event took the Silver for editing, and the social video took the Bronze for art direction.
The house
Seven bedrooms across 11,715 square feet, built in 2021 to a concept by Horst Architects and executed by Island Architects. More than 320 feet of private San Diego Bay frontage, two yacht docks, a 3,600 square foot rooftop deck, and a full turn of views: the bridge, the bay and the Pacific.
We shot it as a Signature photography package: flash and ambient blends, wide and tight framing, detail work, aerials and verticals, edited to magazine standard. Twilight was booked alongside it, and that's where the last light on the water comes from. See the project.
The result: sold in 52 days, for $24.136 million
- $24.136M final price
- 52 days to close
- 9 bidders
Taken to auction with this campaign behind it, bidding opened at $19 million and nine bidders competed. It closed 52 days later at $24.136 million: the highest price ever recorded in Coronado Cays, and the second highest sale in Coronado history.
Spearhead handled all of the marketing for the property and the sale. The listing film, the vertical films, the stills, the aerials and the twilight work were ours from start to finish.
