Pelican Crest: a Newport Coast estate, on film and on social

Pelican Crest is one of Newport Coast's most private communities, a guard-gated hillside with the Pacific spread out below it. In 2025 we filmed one of its newest listings, and made a few films for social while we were there.

The house

Built in 2000 and recently reimagined from top to bottom, the home is a three story estate of 10,087 square feet on a corner lot.

The listing film

A view this big is easy to flatten on camera, and a house this size is easy to turn into a list of rooms. The film avoids both: it's about how the home moves, from the foyer and its glass staircase out to the pool, the terraces and the coastline beyond.
