Sable Ridge: desert modern in Las Vegas, at dusk

Las Vegas has a side most visitors never see. Up in the hills on the west side of the valley, the Strip becomes a line of light on the horizon and the desert does the rest. That's where we filmed Sable Ridge.

Desert modern, at dusk

Sable Ridge is desert modern at its best: long horizontal lines, a roof that reaches out over the terraces, glass where the views are and a pool that runs toward the city. In the daytime it's a study in shade and stone. At dusk it changes completely.

That last hour of light, when the house glows from the inside and the Strip switches on in the distance, is the moment that sells a home like this. Signature is built to capture it.

How we shot it

This is a Signature film, our top tier, and it works the way all of our Signature films do:

• Day into night. We shoot through sunset and twilight, then cut the film so it moves from day to night.
• On the ground and in the air. Drone coverage shows the setting and the view, not just the house.
• Graded for the house. Desert light is warm and hard. We grade every Signature film for its own home rather than a preset, so the stone, the sky and the interiors all read true.
• Made for every screen. Branded and MLS versions, plus three vertical cuts for social, one with the agent on camera.
