Book your listing shoot online, in four steps

Booking a listing shoot with us used to start with an email and end a few messages later. Now it takes a few minutes, start to finish, at book.spearheadmedia.com.

You see real prices for your listing, pick an open day, and pay. Payment confirms the shoot. No quotes to wait on, no deposits, no holding dates by email.

Four steps

• 1. Where. The property address and the total livable square footage (an ADU counts). Add the estimated list price if you like; it only helps the page suggest a package.
• 2. What. Real prices for that size of home. Take the suggested package or build your own, then add anything extra under "Anything to add?"
• 3. When. A calendar of open days, then the crew's time window and who is coming.
• 4. Confirm and pay. Access details, then payment in full by card. Your time is held for 30 minutes while you finish.

Prices appear as soon as the address and size are in. Until then the page shows where things start: photos from $225, video from $550, twilight from $275.

Start with Signature

If the listing matters, and most of the ones we shoot do, start with Signature. It's the tier we built for homes that deserve more than a walkthrough.

Signature Photos are flash and ambient blends with wide and tight framing, edited to magazine standard. Daytime aerials, detail shots, verticals and twilight (on the ground and from the air) are all included. Up to 2,999 square feet, it's $1,750.

Signature Video is shot across the day, through sunset and into twilight, with drone coverage and a cinematic edit that moves from day to night. You get five versions: branded, unbranded for the MLS, and three vertical cuts for social, one of them with your on-camera intro. Two rounds of revisions are included. Up to 2,999 square feet, it's $2,100.

Signature is available at every size, so a smaller home can get the same treatment as an estate. Above 9,999 square feet, Signature is the only photo tier we offer.

Premium and Standard, when the listing calls for it

Premium Photos are flash and ambient blends with daytime aerials included. Premium Video is a cinematic daytime edit with one vertical cut for social and one round of revisions. Standard is our clean, simple option for listings on a tighter budget. Twilight is an add-on to Standard and Premium Photos.

Book more, pay less

Book two or more main services together and the page takes a package discount off the whole order: 5% for two, 10% for three, 15% for four or more. It shows in the total before you pay.

Weekends, travel and delivery

• Weekends are open, with a 5% weekend premium shown on the calendar.
• San Diego County and the Las Vegas valley are included. Orange County and Los Angeles carry a travel fee.
• Video is delivered in 7 days. Standard and aerial photography in 2.
