Not listing videos. Films about living there.
Blue Heron builds some of the most distinctive modern homes in Las Vegas. The brief wasn't a walkthrough. It was the life the house makes possible: morning light across the water, the desert going gold, a long table at dusk.
So we directed it like a short film. Cast, blocking, a shot list built around the sun, and a crew that moves fast enough to catch the ten minutes of light that make a frame. Then we graded it for the house, not for a preset.
That's what the Emmy judges recognized: the directing and the cinematography.
The films
The nominated series: Shoreline, Dragon Peak, Summit, Vista Crescent and Magnum Cliff.
More from the same work: Blue Heron, Fete.
What it means for your project
The same crew that shot these films shoots our listings, brand films and events. Same director, same cameras, same grade. Whether it's a home, a hotel or a brand, the approach doesn't change: find the feeling first, then build every shot around it.
