BravoCon 2025: three days in Las Vegas, on video and photo
About 30,000 fans and more than 150 Bravo stars at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas. We covered BravoCon 2025 on video and photo, on the ground and in the air. Here is the recap film.
For three days in November, about 30,000 fans and more than 150 Bravo stars filled Caesars Forum in Las Vegas for BravoCon 2025. We were there with cameras rolling from the first doors to the last panel, shooting video and photography across the whole event.
Three days, one recap
BravoCon ran November 14 to 16, 2025. Panels and live shows ran all day on several stages, the show floor was packed with brand activations and photo moments, and the outdoor plaza ran right up to the High Roller.
Our job was to capture all of it, then cut it into one film that feels like being there: the lines at the doors, the roar when the lights drop on the main stage, fans meeting the people they watch every week. Two minutes, in 4K, with vertical cutdowns for social.

Photo and video, side by side
An event this size moves fast and never repeats. So we ran video and photo crews together, on the ground and in the air, covering the stages, the floor and the activations at the same time.
- Main stage and panels: the big lighting moments, the crowd and the conversations on stage.
- Brand activations: the booths and experiences on the floor, shot so partners had content of their own.
- Fans: the costumes, the selfies, the lines that start before sunrise. The energy is the story.
- Aerials: the plaza and the Strip from above, to show the scale.
The photo team alone delivered more than a thousand edited images, ready for social, press and partner recaps.

Why events are made on the floor
Event content has two lives. The first is the next morning, when sponsors and partners want their moment on social while people are still talking about it. The second is the next year, when the recap is how you sell the event to the people who weren't there.
Both depend on the same thing: a crew that knows where to stand before the moment happens. We've covered conventions, activations and festivals across Las Vegas and Southern California, including BravoCon in 2023, and we plan every shoot around the run of show so nothing important happens off camera.

Planning an event or activation?
We shoot conferences, brand activations, festivals and live events, with video and photo under one crew from brief to color grade, in Las Vegas, San Diego and wherever the event is.
